Portage Health Foundation Annual Report was designed using stock & original photography, original illustration and some stock illustration (heavily manipulated.) A creative timeline, two pages of infographics (Western U.P. Health By the Numbers…), articles, and financials made up this 12-page piece showcasing grand distribution and future vision of the Portage Health Foundation in Michigan’s Western Upper Peninsula.
